Choose the plan that fits your practice. Each one shows insurance reimbursement rates for therapists by insurance company, read from each insurer's own filing. The Insurer Report plan covers two insurers you pick; Pro and above cover every insurer.

When plans open, each organization can start one fourteen-day trial, with a card added at the start. The trial shows the two insurers you choose at one license level. PDF and spreadsheet downloads and the API open with your first payment, on the plans that include them. Coming: not available yet

Good to know

  • There is no free plan. Creating an account costs nothing, and the figures come with a plan.
  • A tax ID is the number your practice bills insurers under. Most solo and small practices have one.
  • Clinician counts include licensed clinicians only. Behavior technicians are not counted.
  • The free check answers in plain words, with no figures and no account. Coming: not available yet
  • To add insurers, move from the Insurer Report plan to Pro.
  • Group is for group practices: 6 to 50 licensed clinicians, or more than one tax ID.
  • Minnesota insurers, all coming: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Cigna, HealthPartners, UCare, Aetna, Medica and UnitedHealthcare. Coming: not available yet
