- Your rate beside practices near you.Your own filed rate next to practices near you. Where too few are nearby, the area widens and the screen names it.
- The filing under every figure. Each figure names the insurer's file and its date, so you or anyone you work with can check it.
- Two practices you follow.Choose two practices and see their rates beside yours, for the practice as a whole, never for one clinician.
- Current all year. Coming: not available yetYour account will follow each month's filings for the year you pay for. It is not a document prepared once and left to age.
- Every license level for your two insurers. Coming: not available yetSee practices near you at each license level, for the two insurers you chose.
- A PDF of your report. Coming: not available yetDownload the report for your two insurers as a PDF, with the file and date under every figure.

What it never does
- It never says what you should be paid or what rate to seek.
- It never writes letters or messages to insurers for you.
- It never needs to know what you are paid. There is nowhere to enter a rate, a contract or a payment statement.
- It never shows a named clinician's rate.
- It never shares your account or what you look at with other practices.

Common questions
What does my insurer pay other therapists near me?
Practice Signal shows it code by code, read from the insurer's own filing and dated, compared with practices near you first and naming any wider area. The figures are inside your account; this site shows none.
How do I find my contracted rate with an insurer?
Where your insurer files a rate for your practice, Practice Signal finds it and shows it with the file and date it came from. You never type it in.
Is this a one-time report?
No. When accounts open, the report lives in your account and follows each month's filings for the year you pay for. It is not a document prepared once by hand.
Which insurers can I choose?
Any two of the seven Minnesota insurers listed on this page: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Cigna, HealthPartners, UCare, Aetna, Medica and UnitedHealthcare. All seven are coming. You choose two when you buy, and they stay the same until you renew.
Will it suggest a rate, or contact my insurer for me?
No. It shows what insurers pay and where each figure comes from. What you do with those facts is your decision.
Do you need my contract, my rates or my payment statements?
No. Practice Signal never needs to know what you are paid and has nowhere to upload a contract or payment statement. Everything comes from the insurers' public filings.
Can I see what a specific clinician is paid?
No. Figures cover whole practices. Practice Signal never shows a named clinician's rate.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
There is no free plan. Creating an account costs nothing, and the figures come with a plan. Plans are billed annually. When plans open, each organization can start one fourteen-day trial, with a card added at the start. The trial shows the two insurers you choose at one license level. PDF and spreadsheet downloads and the API open with your first payment, on the plans that include them. Coming: not available yet
What if I need more than two insurers?
Move to Pro, which covers every insurer for $99 a month, billed annually.
Does anyone else see what I look at?
No. Your account is private to your practice. Practice Signal gives subscribers no way to share views or contact each other through it.
